I have a background in social science with a focus on politics and history and a special interest in public policy.

I love writing, reading, and programming.

I am a compassionate, idealistic, and pensive person whose main purpose in life is to make the world a better place, even in the smallest ways, due to a belief in the cascading value of doing good unto others.

With a desire to improve and share my writing in the hope that some of it might one day be unique or useful, I keep a blog here.
